Interpretation
The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of singular or plural usage.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Company (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to TaskFrame.
- Country refers to the United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Service refers to the TaskFrame website and application.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Website refers to TaskFrame, accessible at https://taskframe.co.
- You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the use of TaskFrame and set out the rights and obligations of all users.
By accessing or using TaskFrame, You agree to comply with these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Service.
There are no age restrictions on using TaskFrame.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it at Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
- You may access and use TaskFrame for both free and paid plans.
- The free version of TaskFrame has limited features, while premium plans provide additional functionalities.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate accounts if:
- Users engage in illegal activities.
- Security risks arise.
- The service is misused in a way that violates these Terms.
Payments and Subscriptions
- Some features of TaskFrame may require payment via LemonSqueezy or Polar in the future.
- Subscription plans will be detailed on our pricing page when launched.
- Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Service Availability & Maintenance
- TaskFrame is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, meaning we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We strive for high uptime, but planned maintenance and technical issues may cause short-term disruptions.
- In the event of permanent service discontinuation, users will:
- Be given at least 3 months’ notice.
- Have access to an export feature to download their data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to TaskFrame immediately, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violating these Terms.
- Engaging in activities that may harm TaskFrame or its users.
Upon termination, You will no longer have access to the Service.
Dispute Resolution
If You have a dispute or concern about TaskFrame, You agree to first contact us at support@taskframe.co and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. If changes are significant, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect.
By continuing to use TaskFrame after changes take effect, You accept the revised Terms.
